Fitted furniture

Beautiful, bespoke and handmade

All of our fitted furniture is designed, built and installed by our talented joinery team based in Camberley, Surrey. We oversee the entire process using the best construction methods to build one off pieces of furniture.

With various materials, styling options and functional features to choose from, we can build you something that is truly unique to your home.

Designed for your space

Each space is different and every customer has a distinct set of preferences which is why we work hard to create a design that fits perfectly in it’s environment whilst satisfying the visual and functional requirements of our customers.

Using CAD software, we have the ability to give you a perfectly scaled image of how your furniture could look, with the option to make alterations to the design prior to construction.

Once you are happy with your design, including details like the paint, door handles and shelving options, we will be ready to begin building your furniture.

Construction

Built from the ground up

From the moment that materials arrive in our workshop to when a finished wardrobe leaves, we oversee the entire process, be it the machining of timber, the joining of cabinets or the painting of wardrobe doors; its all done in-house.

Some of the fitted furniture found on the market is built from a series of standard box sizes which are then joined together whilst any remaining gaps are simply masked with infills. This standardised process doesn’t fully optimise all of the available space, limiting storage capacity.

Rather than using these standardised construction methods, we build all of our cabinets from scratch to fit the unique shape of your room and we only use the highest quality materials to ensure the structural integrity of our furniture.

Finishes

Natural

For solid hardwoods, or veneered MDF, it’s often best to celebrate the natural beauty of the wood grain.

When finishing timber, we favour OSMO, a high quality wax oil blended from natural ingredients. OSMO accentuates the colour contrasts in timber and forms a durable, water resistant barrier to protect your furniture.

Painted

Maybe you simply want the right shade of white to blend seamlessly with your existing décor, or perhaps you want to choose a bold colour to add some energy to your room.

Whatever your preference, we can paint your furniture in any commercially available paint colour so you don’t have to compromise on colour.

Equally, if you would like some guidance in terms of colour options, we will be able offer some helpful information.

Materials

Solid Hardwood

Nothing quite compares with the quality of solid hardwood joinery. We favour solid hardwoods when building paneled doors, skirting and cornicing for their strength and beauty.

The three timbers we most commonly use in our work are poplar, oak and walnut but we can use any commercially available species of hardwood. The example to the left is a raised panel door made from solid black American Walnut.

.Widest choice of styling options

.Great for traditionally styled projects that feature moulded skirting and cornicing

.Beautiful natural grain patterns and textures

.Strong and durable

Egger Board

A hardwearing engineered board, suitable for wardrobe carcasses and small to medium sized doors.

Egger board is available in a variety of colours as well as a number of grain textured finishes which have a very similar appearance to wood veneer (such as the example in the image to the left).

.Available in a wide variety of colours and grain textured finishes

.Scratch and stain resistant so easy to maintain

.Durable

Cost effective

MDF

For many projects MDF can be a more cost effective solution than solid hardwood joinery. We often use MDF for wardrobe carcases and small to medium sized doors. MDF can be painted to a colour of your choosing and also comes in a variety of hardwood veneer finishes such as oak or walnut.

.Cost effective

.Available painted or with veneer finishes

.Durable
